  • Where is Princi Smallgoods located?

    Our factory and headquarters are located in Malaga, Western Australia. We also have distributors in most states around Australia.

  • Are Princi Smallgoods products available outside Western Australia?

    Yes. Our products are distributed right across Australia. You should contact your nearest distributor for product availability in your area.

  • What products do you make?

    Princi Smallgoods produces a large range of traditional Italian smallgoods, including: all types of salamis, Italian sausages, cooked hams and bacon. We also carry a free-range line of smallgoods.

  • Are your products suitable for Coeliacs?

    Yes. All of our products are gluten free, which makes them perfect for people with food intolerances, such as those with Coeliac Disease.

  • What quality assurance measures do you have in place?

    Our Malaga factory was purpose-built to ensure safe and hygienic practices. In accordance with Australian health regulations, we hold two (2) fermented products licenses. These licenses are issued to operators who pass the requirements set out by the National Food Authority and Health Department.

    In addition, we have implemented a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) program. This ensures control and documentation records of each phase of production. Our Quality Management System is a means of ensuring confidence in our products and services.
